Mindfulness for Busy People: Turning Frantic and Frazzled into Calm and Composed –Michael Sinclair and Josie Seydel

This recommendation couldn’t come at a better time – although we’ve had the Christmas break, many students are in the thick of exams and feeling the strain.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life it is a really helpful book to get you to focus on the here and now. It is written in a straightforward way so anyone who wants to would be able to access the information. It is full of practical activities and if you get the kindle version you can access some mindful meditations as well.

Mindfulness for Busy People: Turning Frantic and Frazzled into Calm and Composed – Michael Sinclair y Josie Seydel
